This is especially true considering Christmas is now upon us and the majority of us will happily overindulge over the coming weeks (We at Sunway Tenerife will, regardless of all of our good intentions....we already have the Christmas cookies and mince pies out!)

Tenerife has some fun and unique fitness activities available for residents and holiday visitors alike regardless of fitness levels ranging from pole dancing, walking clubs and even kite surfing!
This week we look at personal training with Dymphna Byrne.
Having trained in Alicante, Dymphna has over 10 years of experience of getting clients into shape with personalised fitness plans. She also runs "bootcamp" classes with small groups as well as other classes in the south of Tenerife.
